Anyone that knows me, knows I love to sleep. Well this growing belly and continuous nighttime jaunts to the bathroom are making it rough to get a good nights sleep. The constant tossing and turning to find a comfortable position. Pillow positioning. I was loosing a lot of sleep. Then came Snoogle. I first heard about the Snoogle at a friends baby shower. I ordered it online at Amazon, as I didnt know where to get it locally here in San Francisco. * Silk Blue PJ's not included.
At first the Snoogle was a little intimidating as its almost half the size of me. But once I got used to it, it definately made things a little easier for me to get comfortable. Also, D loves it as its my "barrier" whereas I can not "steal the bed". Which, aside from sleeping, was the second thing that I love to do.
25 weeks
We had some friends in town this past weekend from New York for a wedding. Immediately, when they saw me they were like "dayyyyymn girl you're getting big!" (it had been a month since we last had seen them). So I thought I would post another lovely belly pic to keep you all updated on my "bigness."
I love that H&M is now carrying a selection of maternity clothes - while most of it is pretty hit and miss - I have managed to pick up some skinny grey denim jeans - which are SO comfortable. Who ever thought elastic waisted jeans could be comfortable AND fashionable
Anyhow, for those of you who care what they look like -
Another fav item of clothing is my American Apparel (I know, I know..I'm such a tool) bandeau dress which I wear as a high waisted skirt and look like a totally fashionable preggers lady. I wore it to my doctors office and my doctor (!) complimented me on it and then asked if I was "IN" fashion. OMG talk about a self esteem boost. I'm wearing that skirt everyday til this kid pops out.
I'll try to post more later this week. Its D and I's 2 year anniversary on Thursday. I guess its about time I get the ball rolling on getting my last name changed. The idea of a Social Security Office scares me.
